At the top of the armoury stairs, the wrong character portrait initially appears when talking to Duinlan.

Not sure if it's related, but directly before this, I'd been to the kitchen, and Rezzia was the last NPC I'd spoken to.

For me, anything happening with the Steam overlay while loading the game will cause that to happen.

As long as nothing Steam overlay related happens during loading, it works (for me anyway).

When you first get the option to have Rolo upgrade your armour, he tells you it will take 6 hours for the work to be done.

However, you can just sleep for 1 hour and the message will pop up telling you to return to Rolo and collect your armour.

This also probably explains why the Handerker-thief achievement popped up early for me, and also why I've just had The Draught achievement pop up despite not having opened all of the shutters.

I'm sure the normal beta branch shouldn't require a code (unless they changed it). With beta branches of games, that code box is normally there even if you don't need to enter a code anyway. You should just be able to select the beta, close the dialog, and it should then queue an update. I just did ...

Just a quick FYI - quick costume change is already in. If you're using a 360 pad, pressing X instead of A equips all of the available parts you have for that costume.

From what I've played of the new builds today, climbing/ledge detection has been massively improved. In the cell at the start for instance, I climbed the rocks with no effort, and with the climbing/jumping section above Rolo, it didn't stick on the wooden platforms or the window ledge at all.

You can't fight (though you can knock a guard out with a well thrown bottle as long as he isn't wearing a helmet.). The white arrow means you're holding something that you can throw which is useful for distracting guards.

It shouldn't have been dark at 8am - it's normally light by then.

From what I've seen, day and night (as far as lighting is concerned) seems to alter around 6am and 6pm. I think sunset should be pushed back a bit, so you have more daylight hours -maybe to 9pm or so.

Oh, the dilemma of reporting this one, lol..

Behind the banner next to the Pirate Frogs Cell you can collect 6 florins. However, if you jump to collect them while rapidly pressing the A button, it will sometimes register you getting them twice, so you'll end up with 12 florins instead.

Considering you can throw a stick across a chasm to drop a drawbridge (even if the mechanism is faulty), then you should be able to set off a bear trap with one!

I think it would just be less confusing to have a set health bar, and have different armour reduce damage by different amounts (armour already has weapon resistance values anyway).

Just increase the effectiveness of the different armour to compensate for not effecting the actual health bar.

I found that to be very immersive. coming in to the night as a mouse, not knowing where to go or were to hide and suddenly being chased by 4 or 5 guards :D Heheh :) I guess I just prefer to have a good idea of where I can run to and hide first!
