Hi
First of all I would just like to say how much I love your game. It is easily the best Early Access game I have played. I love the characters, the world, the story and the graphics are just gorgeous.
However I have ran into an issue.
Every so often when I am playing the game both my monitors will just go completely blank, including the one the game is not even running on, and not even ctrl+alt+del will fix it. The only way to restore them is to use the power button on the tower to shut the computer down and then restart it.
This can happen at any time, from the moment I get to the main menu or even after playing the game with no problems for about an hour and there doesn't seem to be any one thing that I can see that causes it.
I am running build 2.81 and have attached information about my PC.
I look forward to playing this game more
Screen goes black when playing the game

Hi, and thank you for playing ^^.
We are very sorry for your inconvenience, and we can't reproduce it ourselves.
But another I remember another customer had a similar issue, we fix that deleting all its preferences related to the game.
To do that :
create a .cmd file with content:

We don't have any clue about what is going on,
try uninstall the game completely, and then re-download it, some files may be corrupted
You can also try the check files integrity with Steam if you are using it.
If you are an indie-gogo backer, be sure to opt-out the beta branch, we have saw some people still using it ^^.
Hope that helps !
