We are at Gamescom!

Hi guys, just a very quick post from Cologne to say “Yay! We’re at Gamescom!”. So far it’s a quite intense but positive experience. We’re basically introducing the game to its potential audience and it’s really cool to see reactions not only to the visuals but to the gameplay as well.

Here’s the trailer in case you haven’t seen it yet:

Microsoft posted this trailer online and showed a glimpse of it at its press conference, which really helped us in terms of exposure (kudos to them).

Finally I want to clarify something: Ghost of a Tale is primarily a PC game which will also be released on Xbox One thanks to Microsoft’s interest in seeing the game on their platform (which is, I believe, a very good thing)… 🙂

As always, thank you for the continued support and stay tuned for more news!

Best game of gamescom for me personally! I enjoyed the demo allot, both in terms of gameplay (really slick controlls, good stealth mechanics) and obviously in terms of art design (mouse with pirate hat!!!). I just wish i could have finnished that demo and not run full paniced into the giant crab >_>

@Paul… thank you! yeah, when Seith first sent me a picture of Tilo wearing the pirate hat I laughed out loud, and waddling away from the rat wearing the armor too – that mouse is ridiculously cute! 😀

    Wow!!
This makes me so happy to have supported you at the tier that I did when you were crowdfunding on Indiegogo! The game looks absolutely stunning, and the central character dead cute.

Really impressive! Even some AAA titles have problems with realistic rocks!

This game almost slipped my mind while taking notes for my podcast. It was a couple days later when I thought to myself “That mouse game… wtf was that?” And looked it up, but only now really digging into what this game is and hoping to play it. I think (financials providing) I’ll be buying this on both platforms. This will definitely be getting a review.

hey Yan. It’s coming out on PC and XBone in 2015, but Seith hasn’t set a specific date yet. I think he’ll aim for quality, and be prepared to invest a bit of extra time in getting it right… which is very cool I think 🙂
