Congrats on fixing the bug on your side, Mextrom! :)

In the next release the attribute debug panel will be gone and that issue should be fixed. And Tilo shouldn't throw his current tool when exiting a dialog via mouse/keyboard anymore.

There will not be many NPCs in the game but the ones you can talk to have a clear agenda, and it will be up to the player to discover it. The game may have "cute" aspects on the outside but this is definitely not a Manichean world. Morality in Ghost of a Tale is definitely in the gray zone...

Regarding the reasons for the change, it is very pragmatic really: I made sure the couple of third-party assets that GoaT relies on already support Unity 5.0, and the ones that didn't... well I ditched them and recreated their functionality from scratch... ^^

Very good question. No need to worry though; in the case of GoaT (I can't speak for other indies) the only thing it means is the game cannot be released on any other console before Xbox One.
