Thank you for taking the time to write your thoughts, Jesper. I'm really glad you enjoyed the game exactly for what we would hoped it would be. Re: Hidden Boss's or creatures
It's a good idea, however the game is definitely not going to be a full-on action game where you can fight bosses fairly regularly. It's going to be more adventure/RPG in essence (with elements of action and stealth). And you're right: there are creatures (like Sunder Crabs or Leeches) which are the...

Re: Character clothing (aka Mousewear)
You guys have the right idea. The important thing to remember is Tilo is definitely NOT a warrior. Therefore an armor has its use but you won't don it because you're about to take on a mighty Sunder Crab. For example Tilo will never be capable of sprinting on all fours wearing a heavy plate; that's ...

There will not be many NPCs in the game but the ones you can talk to have a clear agenda, and it will be up to the player to discover it. The game may have "cute" aspects on the outside but this is definitely not a Manichean world. Morality in Ghost of a Tale is definitely in the gray zone...

Hopefully you'll like what you see! But yes, there will be completely dark areas impossible to cross in the game if you don't have a light source. And this is not just a cosmetic thing either. The situation with GoaT is that everything is directly built in Maya and Unity; in other words Unity is the "modding tool". Sets and locations are unique in that they are entirely modeled in a 3D app, like a movie set; they aren't really based on a "construction kit" system where...

Very good question. No need to worry though; in the case of GoaT (I can't speak for other indies) the only thing it means is the game cannot be released on any other console before Xbox One.
This agreement does not affect the game's PC release in any way (I made sure of that).
