Re: Interesting and cinematic island locations

At the base of the cliffs lies a substantial fishing town, featuring a primitive warehouse that partly covers the series of interconnected wooden docks. A pair of simple, but large, wooden cranes facilitate loading. A host of fishing boats are tied up: there are several new ones though the remainder...

New short video showing interactive foam

In case you missed it from Seith's Twitter feed (@SeithCG) check out the new video in the link below from his cellphone: I really like the detail of the foam channel behind Tilo, as he wades through a flooded dungeon :D

Re: GoaT included in '20 Indie Must Play Games in 2015'

you could just as easily make a older 3d game that seems like ps1 and sell it on steam for a lot better success @EvilKing... Exactly right, I suspect that developing custom game engine (or licensing someone else's old engine) of that older generation would be quite a technical headache. Also, I jus...

Re: GoaT included in '20 Indie Must Play Games in 2015'

@EvilKing.. I also had a PS1, but I rarely got around playing it ( Driver is the only game I can remember, it might even have just been the demo but I really liked it). I guess these days a lot of PS1 units are gathering dust in storage. Though there is backwards compatibility (not sure if this is 1...

Re: Will GOAT be on Steam?

hey AdWill, welcome! :D That's an excellent question... even though I'm an indie supporter and Valve are immensely wealthy*, I feel the same way about Steam: it's convenient to launch everything from one client, from one game library, with automatic patching, backed up in the cloud. Yes, GoaT will a...

Re: How Can I pre-order/support This game?

@Kwisatz... you are right, 'appexroach' is the product of my clumsy, stubby fingers typing on my cellphone and it was meant to be 'approach'. You've earned a US$0.50 cent discount on the US$1,500 GoaT special edition. Seith (tm) will also include signed photos of himself on the deck of his shiny new...

Re: How Can I pre-order/support This game?

Yeah, EvilKing's sweet GoaT special edition (lovin' it!) is positively a bargain at a mere US$ 1,500 ;) Especially considering a single copy of an NES game reached US$ 100,000 in the last 11 hours  http://www.gamespot.com/articles/super-rare-nes-game-bidding-hits-100-000/1100-6424548/ Kwisatz...

Re: Look out for GoaT in 2015, according to Rock Paper Shotg

Yeah, they covered a lot of ground in that entire article! Actually, it is kind of cool to have a comprehensive list of forthcoming titles in 2015... and of course to see GoaT fairly prominently mentioned among 'em. If there was a category for 'stealth / action / adventure / exploration / puzzle / m...
