Re: First console version - Xbox only

@EvilKing... I agree, I think Microsoft would improve its reputation as a progressive company, if it opted to be the 'bigger man' and drop the parity clause... especially with regard to indie games. My life is exceedingly quiet these days, so I heartily encourage you to stalk Seith instead ...

Jubilation! http://i1278.photobucket.com/albums/y517/whitenorthstar/jubilation_zps1aaa2349.jpg From what I've read, the Microsoft parity clause includes the PC as well as consoles. So good on ya Seith for avoiding this pitfall with GoaT :D Also, btw, recent interviews with Phil Spencer (MS head of X...

Re: First console version - Xbox only

@EvilKing... I've been wondering the same thing myself. The XBone parity clause can be a SERIOUS issue for teeny-tiny indie teams (basically Seith who is working full time on the GoaT PC version alone) to try to get two versions (PC and XBone) launched simultaneously. Trying to get TWO decent qualit...

Re: The finest game soundtracks... ever!

@Kandu... I love the voices on the Dark/Demon Souls soundtrack, and the quiet and understated melodic moments. It's a shame that the Time Splitters remake seems to be shelved while Crytek sorts itself out... I loved playing Goldeneye (made by some of the same team) on my Nintendo 64, which is now pa...

Re: Obscure horror movies

Interesting! As for me I haven't really seem any horror movies, 'cos my go-to for entertainment is comedy. But I did see 'Hard Rock Zombies', a low-budget horror-comedy on VHS, years 'n years ago... about an undead heavy metal band. The premise sounds cool, but I honestly forget if it was good or no...

Re: The finest game soundtracks... ever!

I took a couple of the aforementioned soundtracks for a spin on YouTube. Blood really is outstanding.

I even started watching Street Trash, that's one... unusual... movie!
