Re: Interesting and cinematic island locations

kool! i like that kind of setup. :) It almost feels like the end section of the adventure, where after you venture through the island and its inner secrets and tombs you find some artifact, but have it stolen by the rats only to have you skulk and chase them to this location. it is your last chance ...

Re: New short video showing interactive foam

Nice! I saw the pic he took of the foam but not the video. or maybe it was the video but wouldn't play.. not sure. This makes it more evident. i love the effect, very realistic and beautiful. I also love the real-time light cast off that lantern, really works well! You get a good sense of shadow and...

Re: GoaT included in '20 Indie Must Play Games in 2015'

Well I suspect there are few people willing to dev for ps1 because it is not in the current "sweet spot" that retro gamers want (nostalgia wise) where pixilated graphics and chip tunes are 'hip' and enjoyable. Ps1 really was the break into 3d, and in many cases pretty ugly 3d with low rez textures, ...

Re: GoaT included in '20 Indie Must Play Games in 2015'

yeah a great list and a nice lengthy blurb on GoaT. The only game I knew much of was SuperHot but a few others I'd seen and opted not to back, but figured would be good. Some great breakout titles coming, to be sure. This is just more sement in the fact most of the games I buy now are indie and I've...

Re: Will GOAT move to Unity 5?

LOL well I guess this answers the topic's question with a resounding YES HE WILL. And from what I can tell it will be a nice jump in features and possibilities. I know you held off initially because more tools and attachments were available for Unity 4, but I'm guessing things have transitioned nice...

Re: Will GOAT move to Unity 5?

Not sure if this is even a consideration with the game, as at this point shifting to unity 5 has already happened.. or isn't going to happen.. but I spotted this via the ashen rift guys and WOW.. the fact tools like this exist really makes me drool. I thought about how this might apply to goat or an...

Re: How Can I pre-order/support This game?

Oh sorry Kwasatz, the pre-order has been going for months now and we even had a lot of 100 collector's editions that got snagged up while you were gone so you just missed it! All pre-order copies possible have been claimed so at this point you will have to just give up all hope and sell your childre...

Re: Great video game deals and sales - on now

I've been a bit frustrated, trying to buy Never Alone *, Shadow Warrior **, and Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes ***... but because I'm traveling, my payments have been rejected b'cos I'm not physically in the same country as my billing address (or something). :? One thing I have come across is that ...

Re: Great video game deals and sales - on now

Yeah Beat hazard can be sensory overload. I turn the visual effects down quite a bit or it's impossible to see what the heck is going on. It also only goes totally nuts on harder difficulties and with certain songs (I've found some of the hardest were actually songs that have varying structures and ...
