What about a spoiler thread with map and/or screenshot images which show where to find all the collectible stuff, like costumes, roses, bugs and so on?
In order to find bugs in early Versions this might become handy.

I, which means Tilo, was sleeping till 8 o'clock in the morning and when i woke up it was still dark night and took about 10 real life minutes before dawn came up.

I've managed to collect all 12 fate cards and already got the corresponding quest earlier. So journal says go back an talk to Fatale. When i talk to her, she does not take notice and just says something like "sssshhhh, he's here.." .

It seems that it is exactly what you said. The game does not switch areas. E.g. when leaving the jail and entering the yard, when pressing the map button the jail is still displayed. Also when saving, the title of the save is jail and not yard.
