Game crash and still helth bar gone

Hi!
Game frozen 4 times and crasht, sending back to xbox main site. Last time to day it frozen and turn of the consol completly, power cycle it did. might be error code on the game, or xbox consol, it is still crashing other games for me, however, not turn of consol and power cycled.
Health bar is not visible, if not running! then shows full health bar! do not need to eat tilo!
