We have been playing for several weeks and have had to restart the game five times because the Saves are gone. Some days it works and others there is nothing to load.

Any suggestions? Other profiles still have their game saved but the kid who likes it the best has had to start over and over again. He is very careful about finding a safe place/chest and saving properly.

Tips appreciated.
