After learning lock picking from Gusto I was looking for locks to pick but failed to find any.
Are there any in Version 1.49 from Steam?

There should be one in the floor where one rat is standing the whole time (and not moving). It's in the courtyard.

(Spoiler) Is there an pickable lock?
