Hi, i just discovered ghost of a tale few days ago and I really want buy this early acces but my question is maybe stupid but if we buy the early acces did we have the full game at his release or we'll need add money

Not a stupid question at all. If you buy the early access now, you get the full game when its released. You dont have to pay any extra.

Will there be more of such cosy but adventurous places in the full story (maybe a small city)?
