Updated the game and tried to launch it and this error popped up.

After restarting my computer and reinstalling the game several times I was still getting that error. I checked the games local files and there was only a single folder that reads EmptySteamDepot.

I am not sure how to fix this issue but reinstalling does not affect it.

Found a fix after some file tinkering.

If you have the same issue do not uninstall through steam.

Go into your programs through your control panel and uninstall the game through that.
Make sure that the local file for the game is completely gone you can check that in the common SteamApps folder.
If the file is still there delete it.
Now you should be able to reinstall the game via Steam and it will download normally.

Yes we made a mistake uploading but now it is back to normal.
You should be able to download a proper 1.75 version !
