[6.30] Lore Master achievement not currently possible?

There was a post iirc saying a quest had been removed due to it not working (the picture frame on the shore I think?).
This seems to have made it so that the Lore Master achievement is currently unobtainable. Hopefully it will get put back in when it's been sorted, but if not, would it be possible to alter the requirements for the Lore Master achievement so it can be obtained?
