I don't know if it's a bug or not, but I can't have the key for the armory magazine. Previously, during the early access, I talked to Rolo and he gave it to me (when I spoke about the rock that blocks the way if I remember), but now, it doesn't woks anymore. And I need to use the brisance to explode the rocks ! By the way, I can't select the rocks anymore, I can't to anything with them.

So, is it normal that Rolo doesn't give me the key anymore to access to the brisance ?

I don't know how it worked in Early Access, but I do know that now you have to complete the main quest up to a certain point, and then ask Rolo about the key. I don't think you can do it before then.
