spiral stair from 2 mice cell for the hammer

ok theres a serious bug with the stairs leading to were the blacksmiths hammer is its about half way down the stairs tilo slows down then you cant move but if you jump down from top you can get passed the issue only problem is coming back up the stairs you cant so I can't progress with the storyline so untill its fixed i can no longer test anything.
