Can this chest near the apothecary be opened in this build? (4.00) Also can we each the south eastern area/stairway on the sewers map? I can't figure out a way into there. Also the apothecary doesn't show up on the sewers map..is that on purpose?

The chest can be open in a few updates, as the new zones... just wait for it ^^.

Yes this is intentionally, as Faustus is hidden, its laboratory does not appear on the maps.
