In the debug menu, I see that it is possible to enable photo mode. Upon enabling and returning to the live game, how do I engage photo mode? What is it keybound to?

Wow, thanks. I wish that would be shown in the controls menu or in the description for Photo Mode in the debug menu. My current 105 Ghost of a Tale screenshots I uploaded to my Flickr would have greatly benefited from that.
